What’s the correlation between anxiety and sexual performance?

Your sexual prowess is a process. So, if you are feeling like there’s something you are getting wrong, it’s the fact that you think becoming better at sex is a one-off arrangement. No, that’s not true. There’s more to sex than it is a one-time thing. You need to follow some processes, learn and unlearn some facts and myths, if need be, and be willing to put in the work. Depending on the circumstances behind your first sexual experience, it is possible that you might have gotten scared and anxious about how it would go. 

The first time is mostly filled with anxiety and flops. If you and your partner are both first-timers, it gets worse. However, it is worth noting that the relationship between anxiety and your sexual performance is mostly felt during the first few months of your starting to have sex. The more sex you have, the better you get at it. It becomes easy for you to get the hang of it easily and become less anxious.   • Take a deep breath:

Seeing others have sex without feeling guilty or anxious could be a good way to get out of your shell.
